Each member of our family brings something unique to our store. Ron is a veteran and self-taught woodworking and pyrography artist. He offers custom art and specializes in unique gifts for other veterans. Julie, an acrylic pour painting and soapmaking artist, would be happy to create paintings to match your color preferences or provide mini soaps for party favors. Billie shares her knowledge and passion for crystals via an extensive collection of minerals perfect for collectors, energy healers, and other metaphysical uses. By the end of 2025, she will have a Bachelor’s degree in Geoscience and Psychology, expanding our services to offer mineral appraisals, life coaching, and more.
Our business was inspired by the lack of employment opportunities for individuals like us who battle issues that make regular employment impossible. We decided to take our talents and love for crafting and turn them into a profession that tailors to our individual needs and allows us to share our creativity and earn a living.
Ron and Julie carefully craft their art in a small, home-based shop. Because they love what they do, they dedicate time and care to making each piece special. Their offerings grow by the day, adding a few pieces to our inventory or creating new designs to tackle.
Billie plans to complete a Master’s degree in mineralogy after completing her two bachelor’s degrees. She loves to learn and share knowledge and hopes to continue to offer educational programs to home-schooled children and scouting groups. Her current goal is to create a rockhounding club and invite the community to learn about the Earth and its treasures. She has completed several certificate courses in Reiki, Chakra healing, sound therapy, aromatherapy, and other classes related to the metaphysical properties of crystals. Her longer-term goal is to become a life coach.
